Refund Policy

We want you to love your new purchase. If for any reason you're unhappy with it, you can return it to use for a Store Credit if the item meets our returns conditions listed below. You can use this credit to purchase your new item. Store Credits do not expire. Order cancellations will also be for store credit only. You are allowed 5 business days from the confirmed delivery date to request an exchange or store credit of the defective item(s). Please make sure to check your item(s) upon receiving them. We will not accept any exchanges past the 5 business day mark.


Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.


Sale-priced items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items that have been worn, damaged, or altered. Items that are missing tags or that have been worn or damaged in any way are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable.


Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for garments that come back with makeup, deodorant marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, rips, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear. These items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you at your cost. We appreciate your understanding and support!


Exchanges for defective merchandise (Instructions)


Before returning the package back to us for any reason, please email us at shop@thecrwndbtq.com with your Order # and the Style that has the manufacturer defect. Please also include within the email a picture of the defect.

Please allow 24-48 Hours for a response about your exchange, THE CRWND BTQ reserves the right to reject an exchange request if we deem the item(s) is/are not a manufacturer defect.

Once your exchange request is approved, instructions will be sent on how to return the merchandise back to us for inspection. Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.

After we have received and approved your item is defective we will ship out a replacement. The replacement item will be the same style and size of the defective item. No exemptions will be made. In the event the item is not available, a store credit will be issued.
